1. Purpose

tokenizer.biz is a private network for individuals, families and friends, who wish to invest together in common projects. The platform allows users to present their projects and ask individuals, family members and friends to participate in funding. Financial requests are made by creating a certain number of tokens, which then can be acquired by interested individuals, family members or friends. The platform does not provide financial transactions. It presents projects and provides capabilities to share information about possible investments and tracks ownership of distributed tokens. Once individuals, family members or friends have decided to invest, they provide their investments using traditional ways.
